Thousand Oaks
Berkeley, CA
Built in 1925, this Berkeley home is the primary residence for a young family of four. While adequately sized, the original kitchen and breakfast nook were awkward and inefficient, making it difficult for two people to cook or move around comfortably at the same time. In this renovation, we reimagined the kitchen, dining, laundry, and breakfast nook to maximize light, flow, and functionality, introducing thoughtful storage, an island, and a playful love of blue that brings personality to the heart of the home.
